VF Chemical Anchor Capsule

Glass capsule composed of Epoxy Acrylate, Quartz and catalyst. The anchoring system consists of the VF chemical capsule and VF threaded bar. Once the drill has been made in solid material, the glass capsule is inserted. The VF threaded bar must be inserted by rotation with percussion at less than 750 r.p.m. The components of the capsule are amalgamated in the hole forming a monolithic bond between the steel bar and the concrete. The chemical capsule has a high adhesive power, making it a recommended fixation for fixing elements with dynamic loads.
